Early Life: She was born on October 15, 1928, in American Fork, Utah, to Joseph Andrew and Bertha "Pearl" Anderson Olsen. She graduated from Pleasant Grove High School.
Life's Work/Service/Interests: On July 1, 1950, she married Donald Crookston in Elko, Nevada. She worked at the Developmental Center for 12 years, and was a manager at Sprouse-Reitz and Coronet. She loved her family and wanted to be there for them at all times. She always had a great spirit even though her health hadn't been good for years. She was a great example to all who knew her. Donna Fay Olsen Crookston died October 6, 1999, in Provo, Utah. She was 70 years old.
